Wild Fuchia’s Irish Stout Bread Mix received silver at this years Blas na hEireann Awards 2020.
This bread mix is easy to make and quick to bake, giving fantastic results for even the novice baker. This recipe requires 4 additional ingredients, but it is well worth the effort. Any stout will work, I like to use Guiness but sometimes I use a local craft stout called Yannaroddy from Kinnegar which is also made in Donegal.
This makes a 1lb loaf and the only equipment required is a 1lb loaf tin.
